1. Introduction
This policy describes how the ETC app (the "App") collects, uses and protects personal data. The App is provided by Education Trust Center (ETC) ("the Center", "we") for its enrolled students and teachers to follow sessions, schedules, feedback, grades and reports.
By using the App, you agree to this policy.
2. Accounts
Accounts cannot be created inside the App. The Center creates accounts and issues them only to its enrolled students and teachers, and manages, updates, suspends and deletes them.
3. Data We Collect
a. Account data
•    Name.
•    Login credentials issued by the Center (username or phone number, and password).
•    Account type: student or teacher.
b. Educational data
•    Individual, group, extra and online sessions: schedules, status, group, course, book, unit and room.
•    Online session links.
•    Feedback: student feedback, Center feedback and general session feedback.
•    Grades, reports and session history.
c. Financial data (display only)
•    Payment history for students and salary history for teachers, as recorded by the Center.
•    No payments are made through the App, and we do not collect card or bank account details.
d. Device data
•    Push notification token, to deliver notifications to your device.
•    Operating system (Android or iOS) and App version, to check for available updates.
e. What we do not collect
•    Location, contacts, messages or browsing history.
•    Payment information.
•    The App shows no ads, and we do not use your data for advertising.
4. How We Use Data
•    To sign you in and show the data of your account.
•    To display your sessions, schedules, feedback, grades, reports and financial records.
•    To let teachers add feedback and follow the students in their groups.
•    To send notifications about sessions, feedback and Center announcements.
•    To check for App updates.
•    To protect accounts and prevent misuse.
5. Notifications
The App asks for your permission before sending notifications. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings; the App keeps working normally without them.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to run the App. Each has its own privacy policy:
•    Firebase Cloud Messaging by Google, to deliver notifications. Privacy policy
•    Apple Push Notification service, to deliver notifications on iPhone. Privacy policy
•    Google Meet: online session links open outside the App, in the Meet app or a browser, and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Storage on Your Device
The App stores your login token, some account data, and a cached copy of interface images on your device to load faster. The login token is removed when you sign out, and all of this data is removed when you delete the App.
8. Data Sharing
•    We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
•    Teachers can see only the data of students in their groups (sessions, feedback and grades); students see only their own data.
•    We share the minimum necessary with the service providers listed in section 6 to operate the App.
•    We may disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
9. Data Security
All data between the App and our servers is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access is limited to authorized Center staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
10. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as you are enrolled at the Center, then for for academic and financial records, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires a longer period.
11. Your Rights and Account Deletion
You have the right to:
•    Access your personal data.
•    Request correction of inaccurate data.
•    Request deletion of your account and data.
To request account deletion or exercise any of the rights above, contact the Center's administration using the details in section 14. We respond within 30 days. We may keep some financial or academic records where the law requires it.
12. Children's Privacy
Some of the Center's students may be under 18. Their accounts are created by the Center at enrollment, with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may access, correct or request deletion of the student's data by contacting the Center's administration.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with its effective date, and notify users in the App of any material change.
